Today I sit back in awe at the statistics posted every year and quote International Lion Day 2023 James Lewin Photography “Did you know there are 50 lions left in Nigeria? Nigeria is home to more than 200 million people but lions and other animals are on the brink of extinction. The African continent has lost 75% of its lion population since 1970" Please let it sink in.... Today we celebrate alive and fight to protect this iconic symbol of Africa.
